岗位职责：
1、Responsible for the company's procrement at home and abroad, develop and implement company procurement strategy;
负责公司国内外采购工作，制定并实施公司采购战略；
2、Develop supplier development plan, purchasing plan, and organize their implementation;
- 编制供应商开发计划、采购计划，并组织实施；
3、Responsible for supplier selection, business negotiations and so on, set up and maintain of supplier management system;
- 负责供应商选择、商务谈判等工作，建立和维护供应商管理体系；
4、Set up supplier quality evaluation system, develop supplier management manual and purchasing process;
- 建立供应商质量评审体系，制定供应商管理手册和采购流程；
5、Planning and procurement budget, control purchasing cost;
- 规划采购预算，控制采购成本；
6、Responsible for department daily management work and department staff management and evaluation;
- 负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理及评估；
7、Analysis of market and freight distribution system, determine the short-term and long-term suppliers and supply channels;
- 分析市场和货运配送系统，确定短期和长期的供应商和供应渠道；
8、Be responsible for the review of due;
- 负责应付款的审查工作；
9Design and improve the company's logistics supply chain system, formulate and improve the practical procurement, warehousing and distribution of material flow, improvement of monitoring and management；
- 设计并改善公司物流、供应链系统，制定并完善切实可行的采购、仓储、配送等管理工作流程，改进监控和管理；
10.Materials planning and inventory management, the implementation signed the order and follow up。
- 物料计划及库存管理，相关订单的签订、实施及跟踪。
任职资质：
- with working experience in automation industry purcashing management or automation engineers work experience;
有自动化行业采购管理工作经验或自动化工程师工作经验；
- at least three years of experience in leading a department is required;
三年以上部门管理经验；
- The foreign capital enterprise purchasing management working experience is preferred;
有外资企业采购管理工作经历者优先；
- Familiar with purchasing logistics business process, familiar with office software and ERP management software;
熟悉采购物流业务流程，熟练使用办公软件及ERP管理软件；
- English knowledge is a must or Germany knowledge;
英语或德语流利；
- education: bachelor or above。
学历：本科以上。
